Boring but necessary stuff. Here is who is behind this website and the basic rules for using it.

Terms of use

By accessing this website you become a user and accept these terms. You agree to use it in good faith, in line with the law and without harming the rights of Flowave or third parties. You must not try to access restricted areas, interfere with how the site works, or send automated or fraudulent messages through the contact form.

Intellectual and industrial property

The videos, photographs, texts, logos, the Flowave brand and the design of this website belong to Flowave Creative Crew or to their rightful owners (clients, artists and collaborators who have authorised their use). You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly communicate or modify them without prior written permission, except where the law allows it.

Client logos and names in the Clients section are trademarks of their owners and are shown only as references of completed work. If you are one of them and prefer not to appear, write to us and we will remove it.

If you believe any content infringes your rights, write to info@flowave.es and we will review it as soon as possible.

Third-party event content

Streamings, photographs and clips of events such as Exotic Generation are published as the event’s official media crew, with the authorisation of the event organiser, who is responsible for the competition, its brand and its relationship with the performers. Choreographies, music and the performers’ image belong to their owners and are shared under the relevant licences and authorisations. If you appear in a video or photo and want us to remove or limit it, or if you own rights to a work or recording, write to info@flowave.es with the event, chapter or exact link. We reply within 10 working days and may take the content down while we review it.

Photo and video packs are not sold on this website: the waitlist only lets us notify you. If they could be purchased here in the future, their terms, prices including taxes and withdrawal rights will be published before purchase.

Liability

We do our best to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee it is free of errors or that the site will always be available. Flowave is not liable for damages caused by service interruptions, technical failures or misuse of the website.

Third-party links and content

This website may link to third-party sites (social networks, video platforms and others) and show videos hosted on them. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or policies. Video players only load when you press play.

Data protection

How we process the personal data you give us is explained in our privacy policy.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, unless consumer regulations set a different jurisdiction.
